Where are they going?; Mya Das

Second semester is coming up, which means the class of 2018 will be graduating before we know it. Mya Das is one of the many seniors who stand out from the rest of the crowd.

Mya plans to attend either Arizona State University or Colorado State University. She hopes to land a career as a Physician’s Assistant after she graduates which means her main focus will be in medical schooling. The deciding factor between ASU and CSU for Mya is the rank of the medical programs between the two schools; so initially whichever one is better, academically. She claims to have applied to both schools, and is waiting for a decision.

    When asked why Das was focusing on this pathway she says, “I want to support as many people as I can, and if an opportunity arises to save a life, it would be a rewarding feeling.¨
