2017 brought in many great and helpful things to us–things like improvements for treatment of ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), a cure for Cholera, and even a device that helps regrow skin for burn victims. At one point, a human chain was made — out of 80 people — to save individuals from drowning in Florida rip currents on July 8th and saved 10 people, including a family of six.
But 2017 also had its bad moments: the Las Vegas shooting, crazy Rick and Morty fans and their Szechuan sauce,
Fidget Spinners, and even Taylor Swift trying to go bad.
