The Mav‘s Photography Editor, Aiden Owen, is running for the Colorado Student Media Association (CSMA) Photographer of the Year award.
He has been taking photos of various events at the school for the past few years and has amassed a collection of over 60,000 photos.
The winner of the CSMA Photographer of the Year award gets $250, and so does their journalism program. “We could use the money for sure,” said Owen.
