The Video Music Awards (VMAs) premiered earlier this week, and it’s safe to say there were a lot of amazing performances and surprising winners this year. Billie Eilish, a young and rising pop star, came out on top in three tough categories at her very first awards show. She also managed to be one of the artists with the most awards of the night (3), joined by Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande. Here is a list of each winner in their respective category: 

 

Artist of the Year– Ariana Grande
