Former President Donald Trump was escorted off the stage during a Presidential rally in Pennsylvania after a round of gunshots went off. 

Trump was rushed off stage by Secret Service agents and brought to safety. 

As the former President left the stage, it appeared that he had blood on his right ear. 

According to Pennsylvania law enforcement, multiple spectators were wounded and injured, with two were confirmed dead. 

The Secret Service has implemented additional protective measures to protect the United States from further chaos. 

According to CBS, the gunman has been neutralized, but there is still an active threat to the United States. 

“This is the most significant threat we have seen in this country in decades.” Samantha Vinograd, a CBS news consultant said on a livestream. 

Spokesman Steven Chung said in a statement, “[Former] President Trump thanks law enforcement and first responders for their quick action during this heinous act”
