Addyson Mooradian is taking a big step into 11th grade this year embodying her authentic self while also freely taking on her feminine energy.
“From a young age, [school] has not been very easy [for me],” says Addyson.
With sports and classes overall she found that staying active in athletics has “taught [her] how to recover from failure,” stating that “Being successful in sports has helped me grow my self-esteem”.
Along with sports, her main focus for this year is raising her GPA, as well as staying consistent. With more enjoyable classes this year she has felt more creative freedom and found a new interest in AP Psychology, noting that it challenges her.
As a highlight of this summer Addy spent time bonding with friends, spending time in Red Feather Lakes camping, swimming, hiking, and sitting by the fire roasting strawberries with marshmallow, a deliciously underrated combination.
She has spent most summers every year visiting her sister in Portland, going to the beach, shopping, and exploring nature while building an unbreakable bond between her close friends.
This year Addyson stepped into an editor position as she enjoys working and connecting with new people. This shows in her everyday life as she’s grown to be more extroverted and open to new friendships.
As a close friend of Addy, I wish her good luck in her junior year.
