Twin telepathy is a unique concept that suggests twins share a mental connection, making them able to communicate with one another without talking.
While the concept of twin telepathy is highly interesting, it seems identical and fraternal twins at Mead High School share some of these attributes but not others.
Some people consider the idea of twin telepathy more of an intuitive connection twins share.
Identical twins are more commonly associated with twin telepathy since they are identical in most ways. Although some identical twins can have completely different personalities.
Two sets of twins at Mead High School, Rallie and Rylee Russell, born 21 seconds apart, as well as Bryce and Olivia Parker, born 1 minute apart, talk about things they bond over.
“Normally we bond over sitting in bed and talking for hours about life. Even though we’re twins, we have very different lives,” says Rallie.
Rallie and Rylee live very social lives, although they have similar friend groups, they have very different personalities.
There has always been a stereotype about when one twin gets hurt, the other one is able to feel the other’s pain.
“It depends, mentally, sometimes, but physically, not as much,” Rylee says.
Identical twins and fraternal twins can be very different, but also have some more qualities that are similar. For instance, 15 year old Bryce and Olivia Parker.
Olivia and Bryce bond over some of the similar things that Rallie and Rylee do. They like to gossip and play obby games on Roblox together.
Both Bryce and Olivia also have very different lives and personalities. Each of them have their own friend groups and interests. Even though they are twins, they are still two different people with two different personalities.
