The 7 Brew franchise opened another shop on the corner of Firestone Blvd and I-25 frontage road, which is the first location in Northern Colorado. They have three other locations in-state: Colorado Springs, Montrose, and Alamosa. Two more locations are on the way in Denver and Aurora.

The store has a two lane drive-thru, allowing for more efficiency and timeliness in the drive line. With two separate lanes, it gives employees the chance to have a genuine, in person conversation with the customer as they’re taking orders.

7 Brew isn’t just about the coffee- it’s so much more than that. It’s cultivating kindness through the interactions they have daily with customers. The staff enjoy what they do and love that they are able to have these interactions and learn more about people in the community while also spreading kindness.

Employee Maddox Peinado said, “My absolute favorite part about working at 7 Brew is being able to talk to so many different kinds of people from all different walks of life. I love getting to learn about peoples lives and what their day to day looks like”.

Assistant Manager Riley Miller agrees with Peinado and feels that is what separates the company from the others.

He said “Cultivating kindness, its what some of the foundation is built on. We cultivate kindness with each other and also the customers which i feel is what separates us”.

7 Brews website mirrors what Miller said.

“Our goal is to make your visit the happiest part of your day. Getting your daily dose of energy isn’t about quality and speed. At 7 Brew, it’s about the connections we make”, it reads.

Besides cultivating kindness, the shop offers a hide variety of drinks and customizable options- customers appreciate how their choices are not “too expensive” and easy to make.

Frequent customers, former Mead student Lilah Tovar and her Isabella Tovar love coming to 7 Brew. They enjoy how sweet the baristas are and how they always make conversation and feel like they are a part of a community. They feel like the vibe and energy each staff member has set them apart from other coffee shops.

Lilah Tovar said, “My favorite thing about 7 Brew is how sweet the baristas are and how no matter the weather circumstances they are always there to make conversation with you.”

Isabella Tovar added, “No other coffee shop has the vibe 7 Brew has. They always have music playing and it looks like all the employees are having a great time.”
