MHS band has upcoming November and December events

The Mead band has many upcoming events that will be held in November and December

Band director Mr. Lemons sent out an email on Nov. 10 that listed “some exciting upcoming events and performances” for the MHS band.

For most of these upcoming events, the student body and Mead community are all invited.

On Thursday, Nov. 11 the Longmont Veterans Day Parade performance will be held at 11:11 a.m.

On Friday, Nov. 26 the Estes Park Catch the Glow Parade performance will take place at 5:30 p.m.

On Saturday, Nov. 27 the Shadow CSU Marching Band Gameday Experience will take place. This is an event for MHS band students and families only.

On Saturday, Dec. 4 will be the Mead Holiday Parade. This will include a special performance with the Mead middle school 8th grade class.

On Tuesday, Dec. 7 an official Mead High School band and orchestra concert will be held at the MHS building.

On Friday, Dec. 10 the band will perform the national anthem at Colorado Eagles hockey game. A discounted ticket link for MHS friends and family will be available soon.

Finally, on Saturday, Dec. 11 the band will play in the Longmont Holiday Parade.
