Nick Jacobs, #2 left, and Trey Ward, #5 right, drench Coach Klatt after the Varsity Football win over Frederick High School. “We went into practice and we knew it was gonna be a hard game,” said Ward, “so we practiced our butts off all week long.” The practice paid off and Mead won 30-11, securing the conference championship in the process.
